After many years relying on a Peterson 420 I finally decided to give their pedal version a try and could not be happier! But instead of leaving yet another stelar review on their products, today I'm going to give their Customer Support 5 stars!
Nowadays too many brands are more of a facade than actual companies, with their automated emails and one-sided "find the answer yourself" Q&A sections, and despite how efficient and economical those solutions may be, the folks at Peterson still spend the time to read support tickets and reply with thoughtful answers.
A big shout out to the Customer Support team for their patience, empathy and genuine care. Thank you!
