I have collected quite a few vintage Conn and Peterson strobe tuners. I've not found any system that I like better than a strobe tuner. Taking a vintage tuner out and about isn't really good for vintage gear that is at home in my sound lab. I picked up 2 of these clip strobe tuners for my son and I. I find their performance to be on par with the mechanical strobes I trust. The sensitivity has been quite good, and I'm totally cool with these being my go-to tuner for travel.

I have the StroboClip HD and this HDC is the same with exception of the built in rechargeable battery.
Both are accurate and very easy to use. I've tried other tuners but Peterson's are hands down the BEST.
Try one, you'll love it.

Finally, the app I've been waiting for.
I'm an avid follower of Peterson Strobe Tuners.
I've acquired many Peterson tuners over the years and this one is as good as the rest.
Super simple to use. Start the app then lay the your phone near the instrument amp speaker and tune away.
This is just as accurate as the other Peterson Tuners that I have.
The price for the app is very reasonable.
Bottom, line if you go to a gig and forget your tuner this one will save the day.

Online manuals are not typical Chinese English, you can actually understand them.

Mir war der kleine graue Schutzgummi über dem wippenden Teil der Klemme nun, nach einigen Fluchtversuchen, endgültig abhanden gekommen. Peterson angeschrieben und kostenfrei das Ersatzteil aus Irland bekommen. Ein wirklich großartiger Service und ganz sicher nicht selbstverständlich!
Ich nutze den Strobostomp HD und den Stroboclip HD, manchmal auch den Strobe für Android (diesen jedoch nicht im Unterricht für meine Schüler). Die Genauigkeit ist überragend. Hatte vorher den Boss TU-3 (ist verkauft)...

I carry this little gem every where I go.
As accurate as all the other Peterson products that I own.
I recently got a PolyTune and put the StroboClip HD and the PolyTune on my bass and started tuning.
StroboClip HD spot on tuning very quickly , PolyTune a little sluggish but got there.
Bottom line - A buddy of mine needs a tuner. Guess which one I'm giving to him.

This Mini is has the same accuracy as it's big brother the StroboStomp HD.
The Mini does not have battery power, only uses a separate DC pack and can be chained into your pedal board.
In and Out jacks are on the top of the unit and it has all the bells and whistles as the StroboStomp HD has all wrapped up in a small package.
Another great tuner with perfect accuracy!
