My experience: Device not recognized under Mac Opera-Browser (16" MB-Pro-Models; you need the Vivaldi-Webbrowser) - no prompt for Firmware-Status - forced to register - no mini-bag for a 60 USD headstock tuner - still mirco-USB - CR2032-Battery instead of a rechargable one. Overall a disappointing.

At least the precise tuning is worth the money spend. A very fast and competent help desk is still a value in itself and Peterson as a company is listening to their customers - A BIG PLUS.
