StroboClip HD Review
I own an old Conn Strobotuner that I used many years ago when I was teaching and performing, which has a similar read-out as the Peterson StroboClip HD. I like this type of readout far and above the other electronic tuners that I have used with various stringed instruments. With other small tuners, I have had to play the guessing game when the electronic signal shifts between a little sharp, a little flat, maybe right on--that is not the "accuracy" that I need.
The Peterson is easy to read, easy to understand, easy to clip on/clip off. I ordered the zippered case along with the StroboClip. I am frequently stuffing a tuner into my briefcase to take to rehearsals and gigs. This case is built well and it seems to offer a great deal of protection for the StroboClip.
After reading multiple reviews on various websites about electronic tuners (maybe 20 or more different tuners?), the Peterson is the one I wanted. I am picky about my tuning and this tuner seems to be exactly what I need. I predict a long and happy collaboration with this tuner.
