Recently lost the small screw and bolt that holds the unit together. After an email conversation with a Peterson representative, the company supplied a replacement fixing free of charge. Bearing in mind this is a US company and I am based in the UK, this was totally unexpected. I would like to give my thanks for such an incredible service.

The Clip-on tuner is the best I've ever used, (I now own 2), as well as the pedal-based version. I would thoroughly recommend the company and all their products.
