I have had this tuner for several years now and not a single until today when the tiny nut fell off. I called the number on the website, got a human being immediately and was transferred to an extension that went to voicemail. I left a voicemail and within minutes I got a call back. I told Sue I lost the nut and she was quick to tell me that it wasn't a problem and got my address.

The tuner itself is awesome and incredibly accurate. It has been easy to use and totally reliable for a few years and I have no doubt it will keep on going strong.
