I am so impressed with the service I got from Peterson. I broke the clip on my 8yr old tuner not long after puchase and fixed it with a bit of wire. Finally decided to see if they could supply a new clip, which they did, very quickly and for no charge! So my old tuner is fully restored and my wife is delighted with the new StroboPLUS HD I bought her for Christmas to keep her ukuleles in tune. I can't recommend these tuners highly enough - they are accurate enough to set the intonation on guitars etc, which cheaper tuners aren't.
