After trying many tuners throughout my lifetime, Peterson is the only brand I use. I use the StroboStomp HD for stage, but the StroboClip HDC is perfect for jam and practice sessions. It has all the features I appreciate from Peterson: highly accurate tuning, an easy-to-read strobe-like display with different color options, and sweeteners for alleviating the tuning problems common with stringed instruments such as banjos and guitars. It attaches easily to any headstock and can be adjusted to be read from any angle. And it’s rechargeable - no more replacing button batteries!
