I've been playing music semi-professionally since the mid-90's and my deepest equipment-related regret is that I didn't discover Peterson's tuners sooner. I've had the Strobostomp for a little over three years and cannot speak highly enough of it. I recommend it to everyone I know already, but what led to me writing this review is also going to be a story I share with every one of those people from now on.... So a few months ago I got a little overzealous in stomping on the Strobostomp and managed to crack the protective plastic LCD cover on the display. Nothing crazy, but it's been nagging at me. Today I finally got myself on Peterson's site and within hours of opening a support ticket in hopes of ordering a replacement part, Peterson's awesome support tells me they're shipping a new LCD cover to me at no cost. Just spectacular customer service, on top of a product that no one else can hold a candle to... I'm a customer for life.
