The Stroboclip HDC is a very useful instrument to tune my guitars (acoustic, electric and e-bass). Unfortunately mine stopped working and I asked Peterson for help. I was connected to John Norris who worked hard to help me solve the problem. The moment it was clear I couldn't fix the Stroboclip, John offered me to send a new Stroboclip and within a week I received a brand-new device. Excellent service!
