What I really want to review, beyond the product itself--the best tuner I've owned--is the customer support. The arm of it broke when it was attached to the head of my guitar and I put the guitar in the wrong case. About 5 minutes after I asked Peterson about how to get a replacement arm, I not only had an answer from a real human being but also a shipment notice that they were sending me a replacement. I just had to write this review to say how happy I am to be dealing with a company that cares about its customers and products and hasn't cut its support team to try and save money.
