How do I send my product in for repair?
All products returned for service must have a support ticket number on the outside of the box as well as on the accompanying paperwork on the inside of the box. If you have not registered your tuner, you must do so before returning it. Include a description of your problem. Please be specific about the type of malfunction as well as the conditions under which it occurs.
There is a minimum charge of $80.00 US plus a shipping charge for all Mechanical Peterson tuners received and a minimum charge of $40.00 US plus a shipping charge for all LCD Peterson tuners (unless subject to Peterson warranty). Payment options include PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover Card.
NOTE: For international (non-USA) repairs and for all Conn tuner repairs, a different procedure may apply. If you would like an advance estimate for service, you must include a request in writing with the tuner you ship.

What do the lights mean?
· Red LED off indicates battery is sufficiently charged.
· Steady red indicates battery is getting low.
· Slowly flashing red means the battery should be charged fairly soon.
· Fast flashing red indicates the battery is low and the BBS-Pulse Solo will shut down soon.
The green LED is only on when the Pulse is plugged in and indicates the charging status:
· Flashing green indicates the battery is charging.
Solid green indicates that it is fully charged.

(iOS) Cal3o Music Solutions offers an approved Body BeatPulse Solo app for iPad named "Practice Center” that supports three levels of intensity. Unique to the Practice Center is the Drum Loop feed, that also supports three levels of intensity.

(Android) Stone Kick Music & Audio offers an approved Body BeatPulse Solo app named "Metronome Beats". Both the free and paid versions support accented beats when used with the Body BeatPulse Solo.
