The StroboVUE with the TP-3 Clip-On Pickup is exactly what I have been waiting for in my shop. It now has a dedicated home on a bench, as it checks all the right boxes: Accuracy, Instantly Responsive, Small Form Factor, and is so Easy to Read. Don't get me wrong - I wouldn't want to be without my half-dozen or so StroboClip HD and HDC tuners. But the StroboVUE has become a must-have fixture in my shop. Thanks for another great product, Peterson!

Thumbs up for this well thought out tuning solution! I have the StroboVUE device that is easy to read and interpret. It is super-fast in displaying my pitch as there is no weird lag compared with other pedal tuners or headstock tuners I've used. The display is plenty big enough to show any motion indicating sharp or flat and to show the code of the mode you're in. Some words on the display are tiny and are not viewable from a floor pedal position, but you would probably have the unit up on a desk if you were adjusting settings, so it's not a big deal. The customizable colors will make switching between different tunings a snap. (Think: switching between instruments like a 6-string guitar, bass, lap steel, 7-string when they're color-coded.)

Great tuner. I was concerned the always on of the StroboVue might get annoying, but it doesn’t.
As far as tuning goes, it’s the most accurate tuner I’ve ever used, and easiest for intonation. My instruments are as accurate as they have ever been now.

This is a great tuner for your pedal board. Always active and visible. Great for fine tuning a string even in the middle of a song. The display is very visible. Being able to change the color of the display makes the visibility of it customizable for the individual eye. I have (and still do) a Peterson VS-2 strobe tuner I have been using for years. You can't beat the accuracy of a Peterson tuner. Anywhere. The sweetened turnings are a must have.

Best pedal on my board!!! Perfect fit, easy to use, see and with a Cioks DC7 it can be powered by the USB output. I have owned 4 different Peterson tuners and each one is better than the last. I use this off a tuner out on a W/D/W junction box from Goodwood Audio and it’s just a perfect marriage.

I’m a huge fan of your strobe tuners. Thus particular unit is going on a small play-out pedalboard. I have a modeler on board, which has a tuner, but i gotta press and hold a foot switch to see it - much better to have always-on tuner - not to mention the Peterson strobe accuracy and display so much better than what’s on any of my modelers!

Heard a lot of hype about these tuners for a while. They just recently released an “always on” version, which was ideal for my setup. So, I figured I’d give it a try. The hype is real. This tuner is absolutely amazing. I don’t think my guitar has ever been tuned this accurately. Well done, Peterson!
