I own and have owned many excellent Peterson Strobe Tuners in the past and recently came across a very good used SC5000 II and purchased it. It is amazing to use, especially when setting up guitars and pianos. Very easy to see and use to get the exact tuning desired. I especially like the stretch tunings as well as the customizable user tunings that can be saved. It is now my go to tuner for all things on instrumentation setups!
I would be remised to not mention Peterson's excellent support staff! I have called and generated support tickets in the past and Sue has been the person that responded to them. Always extremely helpful, especially with very old tuners. She is truly outstanding!
