What I really want to review, beyond the product itself--the best tuner I've owned--is the customer support. The arm of it broke when it was attached to the head of my guitar and I put the guitar in the wrong case. About 5 minutes after I asked Peterson about how to get a replacement arm, I not only had an answer from a real human being but also a shipment notice that they were sending me a replacement. I just had to write this review to say how happy I am to be dealing with a company that cares about its customers and products and hasn't cut its support team to try and save money.

My new Stroboclip HD tuner appears to work very well and I'm pleased, although I haven't owned it for very long. A friend has had one of these for quite some time and likes it so that is one reason I purchased this tuner.
