I’ve been using Peterson tuning for a while now starting with the app for iPhone. I love the functionality of this app as it offers many tools but for everyday use I chose the StroboStompHD. I love this tuner as well and have known about the sweeteners but haven’t had a chance to use them until recently. I was improvising to a piano track and kept checking my tuning on my bass because things weren’t clicking like I’ve come to expect. I remembered the sweetener for bass and piano and applied it and had my mind blown! I couldn’t quite believe it but very quickly just got lost in playing. That’s probably the biggest compliment I can give. Nothing to get in the way of the music. I can’t recommend Peterson tuners enough.

The Peterson StroboPLUS HDC is my new go-to tuner. It completely replaced what I thought was already a great tuner. The big HD strobe display is insanely clear, and the way it locks onto a note makes fine adjustments feel effortless. .Very accurate, easy to configure, and the display is extremely clear. I use EQU, GTR, and ACU presets for my guitars, and the tuning experience is much better than with conventional tuners. Monitor Mode is also very useful.

It’s the greatest tuner for a tech, especially when there’s not enough room for an analog strobe tuner. It’s the only tuner I use!

I have collected quite a few vintage Conn and Peterson strobe tuners. I've not found any system that I like better than a strobe tuner. Taking a vintage tuner out and about isn't really good for vintage gear that is at home in my sound lab. I picked up 2 of these clip strobe tuners for my son and I. I find their performance to be on par with the mechanical strobes I trust. The sensitivity has been quite good, and I'm totally cool with these being my go-to tuner for travel.

I have the StroboClip HD and this HDC is the same with exception of the built in rechargeable battery.
Both are accurate and very easy to use. I've tried other tuners but Peterson's are hands down the BEST.
Try one, you'll love it.

Finally, the app I've been waiting for.
I'm an avid follower of Peterson Strobe Tuners.
I've acquired many Peterson tuners over the years and this one is as good as the rest.
Super simple to use. Start the app then lay the your phone near the instrument amp speaker and tune away.
This is just as accurate as the other Peterson Tuners that I have.
The price for the app is very reasonable.
Bottom, line if you go to a gig and forget your tuner this one will save the day.
