Best tuner, out of several, that I have ever used, and one that I would buy again if I get tired of switching it between guitars. The sweetened tunings make a positive, hearable difference. I had only just learned of sweetened tunings a week or so before I learned of Peterson tuners. The speed adjustment on my 1980s turntable works on the same stroboscopic principle. It’s brilliant.
I hope it will someday soon be supported in MacOS and iPadOS. Since I also own a Windows ‘puter, I was able to make sure the firmware was up to date.

So happy you downsized this amazing tuner. I always struggled with the size of the strobostomp HD. I always use it in true bypass mode as I didn't like the sound of the buffer in the HD and don't like the one in the Mini either. Friedman, Source Audio, and Empress use great buffers in their pedals and I stick with those so it's no problem and I still get to use your amazing tuner!

I just purchased the StoboStomp HD I already have the StroboStomp and Clip on, both of which I love. this one is exactly what one would expect from Peterson in terms of quality and utility with two issues. Otherwise, I'd have given it 5 stars.
Why did they use the power connector they did? Standards exist for a reason and the 9v coaxial Center Negative connector is the standard for pedal power. Good luck getting a cable for your pedal board multi-output power supply (if you use one) to power this one. It isn't even USB C.
I spent several decades in SIlicon Valley managing hardware and software design both analog and digital. I'd be suspicious of the market research that went into selecting this connector as a design specification and as a Design Manager, I wouldn't have let it through. As it was, I got lucky rummaging around through the old cable bag and found one that fit.
Also, the pre-cut velcro, while pretty, did not stick well at all. You could not move the pedal at all w ...

I have been using peterson tuners for over 30 years and they are excellent however I am disappointed with the stomp HD. Out of the box it looks great updates quickly the LED screen is nice superior to the stomp classic however I am disappointed because many people like me use both passive pick ups and active pick ups and a classic stump you can bring down the level/DB's of the line/Signal that was a great feature aesthetically the stock HD looks nice but it can't handle the rugged use of the classic stump and I've only had it for six months if even that and it's starting to short out screen cuts on and off and I take care of my things have to rely on them stop classic Rock hard almost every night literally for six years nothing wrong with it until accidentally someone Drop something and if damage the screen if not I'd still be using without a doubt and the only reason I put three stars so people taking consideration I just put there I didn't wanna get drowned but it could maybe truly ...
