I replaced my old mac with a new one and I can't seem to get a valid machine code to open Strobosoft. I've tried 3 times with different codes sent to me and it's invalid every time.

TSLR,

Make sure you are using the most recent serial number. If you upgraded to 2.0 you cannot use your 1.0 serial to request an unlocking code. The 2.0 version will not unlock itself without your 2.0 serial. Email me if you lost your serial with your old machine and I can retrieve your account details.
