 Tap Tuning And Cents |

When tap tuning I sometimes get a note reading like C4 that has plus or minus over 300 cents under the note reading. I thought 100 cents equaled a whole step so I don't understand how a note could include that high of a cents reading. Am I missing something here?

diver,
Sounds like the manual note select is engaged. Can you confirm? The manual note select will 'latch' when engaged and then toggled into tap tune mode. It will lock on the note selected and display the relevant 'tap tuned' location in the cents window. |

I didn't think the manual select was on but I must have accidentally activated it. It's working fine now with it off.
