It would be great to be able to use iStrobosoft on my iPhone while it is plugged to either AC or usb...
just won't work????? |

Thank you for your post. I would like to attempt to assist you however can you please provide more information? Do you mean the app will not open or you can't tune properly? Which iPhone do you have? OS being used? Are you using the latest free 1.10 update of iStroboSoft? If you mean the tuner doesn't respond or seem to be as accurate, you may not have it configured properly as mentioned in the built-in help. "Engaging the noise filter will also reduce mains hum when tuning with your device plugged in or on a dock (during charging). Please note: The noise filter will need to be engaged every time you open iStroboSoft™." While plugged into AC or USB, we highly suggest using the noise filter option as it will greatly reduce any mains hum the unit is receiving during the charging phase. This is something that iStroboSoft is designed to work around as we have no control over the signal quality when the device is being charged. |
