John, A must view for all Peterson Tuner fans by, Mr. Adrian Legg He describes the errors built in to all guitars at the first fret , and he also explains how the mathematics are lacking in the correct placement of frets. He goes on to explain how a compensation at the nut helps in the case of the G string, and how the artist playing pressure changes "Adds to" the sharpeness of the played note. Again he addresses the failings in the industry to keep quality first, instead he points to the salesmen replacing the engineers in developing the quality products for the artists. He even goes on to explain how the engineering, the materials, the development, and a small profit are the formula for pricing quality guitars. How in the world will musicians ever be educated and turned back to the principals of this very insiteful review by Mr. Adrain Legg ? Gary Muncy |
