I received my Strobosoft Suite and am eager to upgrade it. I registered, unlocked, activated, registered the serial for warranty access.
But, at the upgrade page I'm told: We found a matching serial number in our records, but it does not yeat appear to be registered. The provided serial must be registered before it is eligible for upgrade pricing. *** Filed a trouble ticket. Emailed. No response. *** I'm a new customer. I have expectations about good customer service. What do I do? Stephen |

Stephen,
We are closed during this Thanksgiving weekend, but someone will be in touch with you per email to resolve the problem. This is mainly an issue that previous 1.xx users are experiencing during the upgrade process. When trying to unlock StroboSoft 2.0, make sure that you are using the NEW serial located as denoted in your most recent upgrade invoice. Entering an older 1.xx unlocking code or requesting a new unlocking code with your 1.xx serial will not open StroboSoft 2.0. The new 2.0 serial will need to be archived as this is the serial that will be required for access to future free upgrades on the 2.0 level. John N. |
