Hi, I purchased Strobosoft 2.0 Deluxe a couple of days ago, and although it worked at first, once I tried to open it a second time I wasn't able to use it. The little tips box comes up, and I can see that the tuner is working behind that box (trying to pick up sounds from the inbuilt mic on my mac), but I can't click anything: the 'ok', 'next tip' etc buttons can't be clicked, nor can the header bars or even the tuner lying behind the tip box. I have to force quit through the Finder. I've tried attaching and reattaching my interface (Novation NIO) and restarting my computer a few times. Do I have to reinstall?

Thanks for your contact. 1. Perform a Spotlight search for all files named " strobosoft.plist " and zip them and send them to me so I can attempt to duplicate your issue here. (They will be small in size.) After you zip and send them, you can delete these files safely. Try launching the program afterwards. If you are successful, then you can stop here. 2. If you are still having issues, perform a Spotlight search for all files named " .strobosoft " and zip them and send them to me. You can delete these files afterwards as well. MJ |
