Please make sure you are requesting the 2.0 unlocking code using the NEW 2.0 serial that was delivered in your upgrade invoice.

Trying to unlock 2.0 using the 1.xx serial will not work.

Thanks for the support, works great. Love the design update and will test the new features right now while repairing the first guitar.
